I'm Henry Heredia. I've worked in marketing since 2013, including 11 years at OMG National, an internet marketing company for small and medium-sized businesses, where I managed Google Business Profile, local search and paid advertising products. I started there as a social media writer and left as Director of Product Development.
Along the way, I worked with agencies and business owners in restaurants, hospitality, retail, home services and many other industries. That shaped how I work: understand the business before recommending the next move.

Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. I compare your Google Business Profile, reviews and website with the competitors that show up for your main services, then give you a prioritized list of fixes: what to change first and why.
I check that your tracking captures calls and form submissions, then connect your spend to those inquiries and, where the data exists, to lead quality and booked jobs. You get a clear read on what's working, what to fix and what to stop paying for.
I'll walk you through your reports, point out the few numbers that matter for your business and give you a short list of questions for whoever runs your marketing. You'll be able to tell clicks, inquiries and paying customers apart.
Usually for everyday work: answering common customer questions, drafting posts and replies, summarizing calls and organizing follow-ups. I'll identify the tasks where AI fits your business and give you written instructions, privacy guidelines and a human-review step for each one.
I test a set of questions your customers would realistically ask in tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, document how your business appears and fix unclear or inconsistent information on your website and listings. AI answers change from day to day, so you get a log of every test to track the trend, not a single screenshot.
Searching for your own ad isn't a reliable test. Location, schedule, budget, targeting and competition all affect what you see. I check delivery with Google's Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool and campaign reports (or each platform's delivery reports), look for billing, approval or account issues, and tell you clearly whether your ads are running, where they show and whether they're producing inquiries.
Showing up for your business name and showing up for "plumber near me" are different tests. I confirm your profile is verified and visible, review its categories and information, and check results from the areas where you want customers. You get a documented visibility check and the specific changes most likely to help.

Local business owners, especially home-service companies and restaurants, in the U.S., Latin America and Spain, plus agencies that need bilingual strategic support. The free 20-minute call tells us both whether we're a good fit.
Yes. I work remotely by video call with businesses in the U.S., Latin America and Spain, and I schedule across time zones. Google's local search follows the same principles in every country, but some ad products and features vary by market (Local Services Ads, for example, aren't available everywhere), so every recommendation is adapted to your country.
Yes. Consulting is available in English and Spanish. You can use whichever language makes the conversation easier.
Both. Most clients start with an audit or check-up. Ongoing management starts at $500 a month and is quoted based on what the audit finds. For a single question, book a strategy session. Scope, deliverables, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins. View ongoing management options and prices
No. No one controls Google's rankings or your market. What I do commit to: scope and deliverables agreed in writing before we start, recommendations explained in plain language, honest reporting on what's working and what isn't, and measurement you can check yourself.
Tell me about your business, what you’re trying to improve, and where you’re feeling stuck.
