Ongoing management

From $500 a month · 3-month minimum

For when you'd rather hand the work off. Quoted after an audit, based on what it finds.

Starting prices

  • Google Ads and Local Services Ads: from $750/month, or 15% of monthly ad spend, whichever is higher
  • Meta ads: from $500/month
  • Google and Meta together: from $1,100/month
  • Local SEO: from $1,000/month
  • Full marketing (ads, SEO, website and a monthly strategy call): from $2,500/month
  • Website management: from $150/month, added to any plan above

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta, and you own every account. Google Ads setup is a one-time $750.

Ask about ongoing management

Prices in U.S. dollars. If you start ongoing management within 30 days of receiving your audit or check-up results, the amount you paid is credited toward its setup and management fees.

Pricing and credit details

Credits: if you sign up for ongoing management within 30 days of receiving your Local Visibility Audit or Advertising Check-up results, you receive a credit equal to the amount you paid for that service, counting any strategy-session payment applied to its price only once. The credit goes first toward any setup fee, then toward your monthly fees. It applies only to setup and management fees, not advertising spend, and has no cash value. Agency partnerships are quoted after the fit call. Scope, deliverables, timing and price are always agreed in writing before work begins.

Prices are starting prices in U.S. dollars. Ongoing management has a 3-month minimum. Google and Meta together have a $750 setup fee; full marketing has that fee if Google Ads is included. Meta, local SEO and the website management add-on have no setup fee. Unused credit rolls into later months. The AI Workflow Review is not credited toward ongoing management.

See how the credit works: 3 examples

Here is how the credit works, step by step. These examples use starting prices and keep the 3-month management minimum. Google Ads management costs $750 per month or 15% of monthly ad spend, whichever is higher.

From an Advertising Check-up to Google Ads management

You pay $750 for the Advertising Check-up. If you sign up for Google Ads management within 30 days of receiving your results, that $750 becomes a credit. It covers the entire $750 setup fee, so you pay nothing more for setup. Your first month of management costs $750 at the starting rate. Advertising spend is paid separately.

From a strategy session to an audit, then local SEO

You pay $150 for a strategy session and book a $650 Local Visibility Audit within 30 days of the session. Your $150 session payment goes toward the audit, so you pay the remaining $500. You have paid $650 in total, not $800. If you sign up for local SEO management within 30 days of receiving your audit results, you receive a $650 credit. Local SEO has no setup fee, so the credit goes toward the $1,000 first month: you pay $350 that month. From month 2 onward, you pay $1,000 per month at the starting rate.

From an Advertising Check-up to Meta ads management

You pay $750 for the Advertising Check-up. If you sign up for Meta ads management within 30 days of receiving your results, you receive a $750 credit. Meta has no setup fee. At the starting rate of $500 per month, the credit covers all of month 1 and leaves $250 for month 2. You therefore pay $0 in management fees for month 1, $250 for month 2 and $500 per month from month 3 onward. Advertising spend is paid separately.

Glossary

Local marketing terms, explained

You’ll hear these words from agencies and software companies. Here’s what they mean for your business.

SEO
Search engine optimization. Making your website easier for search engines to understand and more useful to people looking for what you sell.
Google Business Profile
Your free business listing on Google Search and Maps, with details such as hours, photos, reviews, and contact options. It can appear in local results when people search for businesses like yours. How to check your profile’s visibility
PPC
Pay-per-click advertising, such as Google Search ads. You pay when someone clicks your ad. Targeting, costs, and conversion tracking help you judge whether those clicks are worthwhile.
Local Services Ads
Google ads for eligible service businesses. You pay for leads rather than clicks. Availability and requirements depend on the service category and location.
Conversion tracking
Measuring actions such as calls, form submissions, and bookings so you can connect marketing to outcomes. An inquiry still needs to be evaluated for quality; it isn’t automatically a sale.
GEO and AEO
Generative engine optimization and answer engine optimization. Industry terms for making your business information easy for AI tools to find, understand and cite. The labels vary; the work is about clear, consistent information across your website and listings.
